Our Project Story
Our client sought to remodel a significant portion of their home, including the kitchen, dining room and living room areas of the house. As the effort included significant demolition of existing space, we worked diligently to minimize the impact to the family.
Project Implementation
An overall large project given the impact to the home, the effort offered few surprises or hurdles to overcome. We demo’d the outdated areas within the scope of the project and the fully rebuilt according to the design specifications.
We hired Silvio and his team to remodel our kitchen/living room area. They were thorough, careful, honest, and timely. Silvio is an excellent communicator, and extremely responsive to questions, no matter how big or little. And he and his crew took an admirable professional pride in getting all the details right. If we were to do more work on our house, we would certainly hire them again. As it stands, we are very happy with our kitchen six months in, and can’t imagine we’ll want to change it for many years. They were really terrific.
